If I need to clear some room on my HD, but I don't want to screw a bunch
of people in the middle of a download, what is the best way to proceed?
I envision some kind of command to prevent any new downloads from
commencing, but is that doable? In other words, I'd like to be able to
say "Ok, as soon as these people downloading now are finished, I'm
pulling the plug. Go ahead and finish, but no one else start." Can
this be done?
