Features to ponder:

(1) I think this statement is correct: If my max connections are all being
used, nobody other than those who are connected can see whatever files I'm
sharing. I realize that hopefully all my shares will be duplicated
somewhere else, but people share some really rare stuff that may not get a
lot of downloads. The ftp comunity has a way around this problem. They
allow 'view only' logins that allow extremely low bandwidth. Furthur should
have a 'view only' search mode. You'd be able to use this to queue shows
that you don't currently have access to due to maxed connections.

(2) (I'm not sure how necessary this one is considering the architecture.)
It'd be nice to be able to allow a login to a selected individual with whom
you'd like to trade. This would be much like the site-ops logins that are
traded on etree. This may prompt begging for logins, which was a problem
for etree. I'm not sure there's a way to avoid that undesirable result.
