"This is your help file for the list"-- that's all it said, no help file,
no attachments....
can someone please help me unsubscribe from bounce and subscribe to digest?

Hi, I subscribed to digest mode but am receiving bounce. Now I can't
unsubscribe from bounce! Funny thing is, the cyberial web page said the
unsubscribe was successful.
Can someone please help?
