All,
Version 1.2.7 is up with the following new features:
1) Integration with SetList.com - When sharing a show, enter the band name
and date. When you move the cursor out of the date field, the setlist,
venue, city, state, and comments should automatically fill in if you match
any of 50,000 shows in the database.
Note: For previously shared shows, double click the show in the shared
tab. Select either the band name or date field and hit the Tab key. The
info should auto-populate.
2) Instant message functionality - Select a nickname from the list on the
right side of the chat panel. Click "Private Message." You'll be able to
start a private session with the user. This is just a start, as we hope to
provide the ability to instant message the person that you're downloading
from, or the people who are downloading from you.
3) File assembling has been slowed down to not use 100% CPU.
4) Reshare works again. When you complete a download, Furthur should
re-share it. This worked in past versions, but somehow got disabled in a
recent version.
5) Search result list is wider, and has a horizontal scroll bar. Columns
can be rearranged by dragging the column header. Furthur will remember you
column positions and sizes between searches, but not after a restart yet.
6) When you've finished entering the values you want to search for on the
search screen, hitting the enter key will start the search.
7) Added the file system check that will hopefully prevent the 505
error. Please let me know if you ever get it again.
8) Added an additional check to hopefully prevent the 105 error that a
couple people were still getting.
I'm making the apparent memory leak my first priority moving forward, so
that should be taken care of soon. Keep the comments rolling!
