Managed to get the QMS set to restart by deleting the folder in the
temp directory - it then restarted by itself from zero.....

Reconnection errors
Was quite happily downloading QMS 1970-02-23 (got 6.5%) when I tried
to restart another partial which wasn't on the current search list. The
program crashed, and when I restarted it 5 minutes later & tried to
restart the QMS download I got Error 212, followed by Error 227 when I
again retried a few minutes later.
