Yeah, this is a known issue due to the new way search queries are performed. It has to do with the band abbreviations. Smashing Pumpkins is SP, while Widespread Panic is WSP.... WSP contains SP, and voila.
Same with Radiators (rad) and Radiohead (radiohead) ;) This is an easy fix that will be addressed in the next release.
