You
did everything the way you're supposed to... except you should have downloaded
the full install. Check to see if you have the Java 1.3.1 runtimes (by
going to control panel > add remove programs and see if java 1.3.1 is
listed).

Sorry to bother you folks
with this one, but I need some guidance. I wanted to upgrade to Further
v1.5.3 I deleted my Temp file, moved my downloads and uninstalled Java
1.2.2. I then d/l the upgrade and ran the executable. When it tries
to connect, the properties are pointing to a .JAR extension as opposed to an
.exe. I am running Window 2000 if that makes
difference.
Has anyone else run into
this problem yet?
