...and to add to John's suggestion... the cap should be able to be adjustable for modem people too. This means lowest setting could be 1.5 or so (instead of the current 6KB) Some connections really "hog" the meager bandwidth in use here, and just to be able to adjust for these "vampire" connections would be a plus.
