It's a pain to even serve the correct filename and not the serving template
name in IE using cfcontent as a trigger.

On a big bank job in the Spring, I found a fix using a little known clause I
discovered in RFC1867 (the original W3 file upload spec) and used it to
trigger the correct name from an autolaunch download template using
cfcontent.

If that is what you are trying, look into the [Content-disposition:
attachment] clause.
