Great thread!
I don't think many clients will pay 50% up front, or a balance on delivery.
At least not most the big clients we work for. First, some have accounting
rules of order, and secondly and more important, they reasonably like to
hold back to ensure performance is adequate and bug-free.
I hope Bill posts that tool. I would really like to have some available
change management interface between clients and developers. We tried Forums
a few times, but it never went over big.
And speaking of Forums, this from (www.forumspot.org):
Beta 3.0b3 released (PreRelease)
We are releasing Forums 3.0b3 to the public with some limitations. The code
