Stomp Slowly

What's up with stomp?  Sent 164 files to be tested 2.5 hours ago and still waiting for 
it to come back.  Website said 25-30 minutes!!  I've talked this company into using 
this tool and they are still sitting around twiddling thumbs!!  Help!
