Sorry for the OT post... but I am spinning my wheels here.
I have built a Visaul Basic program which resides on my client's Windows 98
machine. It has an access database and they use the VB screens to update,
input information, and track their production. Now I went to add a new
feature to the VB app which was to output a bunch of information into a file
using the wddx_com.dll, so that I could upload that file to the Internet
using CF and then read the file deserialize the WDDX and update the web
database, however I have hit a snag.... the wddx_com.dll works fine in
Windows 2000 witht my VB app, but for some reason won't register on the
client's Windows 98 machine. I have hunted high and low for a reason or
versioning problems, but have come up with nothing.... can anyone help me??
