First of all, my apologies if your questions slipped under my radar with the
excitement of the Allaire conference and the book coming out and all the
things we are trying to do here at Fusion Authority. We certainly did not
mean to ignore the rest of the world at all.
I can only explain that currently, I am very short-handed, expecting a baby
in six weeks, and not able to do the same amount of work that I was
previously able to handle. I am working on this problem (still looking for
an assistant). However:
There should be no problem ordering a book, wherever you are in the world,
providing you order by credit card. I can take personal checks in the U.S.,
but not outside at this point. You can order the book online through Fusion
Authority (http://www.fusionauthority.com) and you will receive it within
2-3 weeks of your order going through. The first international orders
already went out, and should be there in the next 2 weeks.
