That's how I do it, too. I can easily look at the code or open the frame in
its own window and be able to tell what source it's using, without having to
output a client var. As such, it makes debugging very simple.

I have been doing framed fusebox apps now for about 6 months. One like you
said could be to set a client var. But what I have been doing is passing the
var from the index.cfm page into the frameset SRC example: <frame
src="dsp_top_frame.cfm?Top=#Var#"> its the only way I have done it with out
setting client session to carry the vars. If someone has a better way of
doing this please, do tell.
