Use a table...
Define the layout and leave space for the page content - then break into
two files header and footer, at the TD for the page content.
Then use the app_layout tag from fusebox.org with CF_BodyContent.

        Subject: Left navigation and CF_BodyContent

        Hi,

What is the best way to implement a left navigation bar (like the
one you can see on www.amazon.com) with CF_BodyContent without using frames?

        Best regards,
        Kamal
