You can store them anywhere you want and just use cfmodule to call them, if
the tag requires that you open and close it you can put it in the same
folder that it is called from and it will work.

I am about to take a look at your site. Just to let you know, you can store
the CustomTag in your root directory of the web site as well....at least I
think you can (its been a while).
