I'll put in my vote for Problem Tracker. It's the perfect size tool bug
tracking tool - just enough features that everyone uses, none that are over
the top. It might be hard to justify this tool's cost, but it would be very
hard to make such a nice, complete tool for any less than $1600 worth of
hours.
