Was this book included in the .... err... what was it called... "Conference in a Box", costing $200 Australian which we haven't got yet? It's going on 6 mnths from the conference and almost 4 since it was sent yes? Anyone have any information on the whereabouts of these packages ...(book included I hope) ?
