probably better would be to variable-ize the "images" directory pointer:
<img src="#fusebox.rootPath##imagesdir#something.gif">

where you set images dir in the topmost fbx_settings as in
<cfset imagesdir = "images/">

I would think that it isn't even necessary to do that. How about:

<img src="#fusebox.rootPath#images/something.gif">

Thanks Chris. That was it... kind of. Left over from FB2, I had
request.imageroot defined in the app_locals of all circuits. In FB3, I
se that you only need it in the home circuit. The other child circuits
inherit the value and it resolves the relative path stuff. Pretty cool.

Here's what I do:
Put something like this in your fbx_settings.cfm file:
<!--- Set image directory path --->
<cfparam name="request.imagedir" default="images/">
Then where you need your image to display, something like:
<p align="center"><cfoutput><img src="#request.imagedir#map1.gif"
width="456" height="259" border="0" alt="Stoneridge Housing Area
Map"></cfoutput></p>
See if that works for ya.
HTH,
Chris
