Also, there is another option in IIS called "Verbs".
 
(right click the IsCf.dll goto properties)
 
I found that checking "use these only" and then removing all the verbs except for "get,post,head" also helps.
 
On an unrelated note... what the heck are those verbs and why did that work for me?
