Mr. Brown,

Long term is exactly the type of problems it creates. Look at dairy farmers,
conglomeration and consolidation has changed the nature of dairy production from a
farm environment to a factory environment. It is now hard for someone to get into the
dairy business. The long term effect is a clear issue. The other issue is I doubt this
person would work for the wages he pays these foreign workers. He also does not
understand the environments these people must work in... when you pay factory
production houses, you may be simply paying the owner of the business... the actual
person doing the labor does not see what is paid... and remains in poverty! It, in the
long term again, is not good for the people in most of these countries.

Hmmm well I think this thread is going a little beyond the scope
of business and way beyond the scope of fusebox. I will say in
Marc's defense that any and all businessmen whether they are
developers or whatever will try to get work done at a low rate. I
see no problems with this, and I know from experience that in the
long run you get what you pay for. Marc let it be known that the
templates were to be very "generic" and for a qualified graphics
person that it would only take a short time. I for one know that
even the most experienced graphics designers do not make that much
money and I will even include web page designers who only know
html and layout stuff. Several designers already have several
templates that they have created and just show you what they have
already designed. This way they do not actually have to come up
with a new design but just a pre-existing one. I suppose this is
what free enterprise is all about.
