fbx_settings files are included as part of the core file - don't be
looking at the execution debug information, that is returned in
alphabetical order ;)

you can cfparam in your fbx_settings and the fusebox will take you to
the circuit/fuseaction specified, ie. in your root fbx_settings have
something like <cfparam name="attributes.fuseaction"
default="circuit.fuseaction"> and then hit the site via
www.somedomain.com and it would take you to
www.somedomain.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=circuit.fuseaction
