Theoretically, you can use them both. But the way that each is implemented
(specific modifications to the core), you probably can't.

FuseQ (as I see it) does things quite differently than plain-jane FB3 does
now - the way you think about apps might change some to fully utilize its
power.

FEX just fixes the crappy error handling in FB3.

But the best bet would be to evaluate both (once FuseQ becomes available)
and use whichever you felt solved your problems best.
