John, The acceptance of the votes does not prevent the publication of the votes. The votes should be posted... if not the count the order of selection. Who was the top candidate... and so. This is considered standard practice even in hostile regions of the world. We do not need acceptance to post the votes... and it seems like the points should be posted also. This information should be public.
I agree that they have to accept the position... but it still seems a suspect when the votes are not publicized... not just the accepted positions. I know there are lot's of good people in the world... but a good name is best protected by being transparent. PUBLISH THE VOTING RESULTS! Let the acceptance follow!
