Theres a couple of demo (hals family tree and erikV's FB2 vs FB3).
At the bottom of all pages there is the CunningDeBugger (tm) - it shows what templates have been run and in what order and how long each one was running. There's also a form where you can enter the name of a variable, and it'll do a dump of it as it appears.
This can be useful for when variables inexpicitl change - you can see immediately where is happened.
Its probably easier if you just go there and have a look.
The only drawback is that you need to add a UDF call to the start and end of each and every template, but from brief and unscientific tests i did, this will have negligable impact on performance, and using CFstudios regex search and replace, its a doddle to implement (and would be just as easy to remove).
Currently you can't download it (i've been a little busy this past week, what with the wife having a baby and everything) but if you want a copy now and can't wait then mail me off list.
