The most first solution is in the index.cfm - remove all the logic in that
file and have it directly <cfinclude> the core file for CF5 -
fbx_fusebox30_CF5.cfm. It should look just like this:

<cfinclude template="fbx_fusebox30_CF5.cfm">
<!--- end file --->
