I think the question was about the FuseDOCS specs, not FuseBOX...  You can
get the XML DTD at http://www.halhelms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=code.detail

See the stuff at the bottom where it has Fusedocs in the title of the
download...  SHould get you off on the right track...
