PHP is also case-sensitive, and I stick with the third option: fbx_Switch. My personal naming convention is to do dsp_fileName, so with the core files, if I cap the initial letter as well, it stands out more: fbx_SaveContent vs. fbx_saveContent-- I like the first. Also with classes or function libraries (not specific to Fusebox), I like to use class.Stopwatch.php or fnc.AHref.php or lib.ListFunctions.php. I stick to it for myself, but a convention across the different implemetations would be good, I think...
