That's what the prototyping stage is. Umm there should be some stuff on fusebox.org under resources. I know Steve had posted a prototype kit on www.secretagents.com a while back that included a paper on it and a copy of devnotes, so you may want to check there. Also look on www.halhelms.com under newsletters I believe at the conversations between Hal and Steve. They went into the whole process pretty well.
