circuits call each others' fuseactions
the names of the circuits may change
idea:
make aliases for circuit names that a given circuit
calls in the fbx_settings for that circuit, or in a
new fbx_ file for this purpose. Kind of like XFA's on
a circuit to circuit basis instead of a fuseaction to
fuseaction basis.
