The Council and the Steering Committee have been involved in a good deal of uninteresting haggling over the form of the Fusebox "constitution", but that has all been resolved now. I would therefore like to offer you a seat on the Steering Committee, so that we can get on with electing members to the Standards Committee, and get on with our other productive tasks.
