In the CF Admin, when you specified the ds as a CVS ds for the first time to build the 
CDATA, CGLOBAL tables.  In other words. Does your database that is your CVS ds have 
these tables in them.
If not, (and the message says it doesn't) then 1st remove the ds as a CVS ds, 2nd 
rre-configure the ds as CVS ds (this time checking the option to create said tables).
