Title: Fusedocs - Use them!!
Kathryn, I could not agree more.  And I would add this opinion to amplify that, phase one of the "web-revolution or evolution" is all but dead (the dot.com boom-bust).  It was never any more real than fools gold but fools gold did not destroy the value of gold and the dot.com bust has not destroyed web application development.  The new burgeoning requirement which is HUGE is re engineering webalizing call it what you will; Legacy Enterprise Apps.  We are very embroiled in this as a company and in that environment the scrupulous planning that using FLiP and FuseDocs enforces is vital.  The message is clear to me, it is no longer acceptable to launch into application development/redevelopment and all that entails without proper planning, framework, methodology and of course documentation.  I will be forever grateful to the Hal's, Steve's, Nat's, Lee's and others of this world for all the blood sweat and tears expounded to help make us all better at what we do.

Subject: Fusedocs - Use them!!

Just another plug for using fusedocs, from someone who never used them in the past.  I am a db designer by avocation, and I ALWAYS want to do the db first.  I am currently working on a project to convert a desktop MS Access app to a web SQL Server app.  Since I am following the entire FLiP methodology for this project, I am busy fusedocing, instead of upsizing my MS Access db to SQL Server and coding away.

For some reason, the use of the fusedocs is 'allowing' me to give all the fields in my SQL Server table the names they SHOULD have, not the names that the user created in the MS Access database.  That might not make sense to you all, but in the past, unless the user had really bad field names, like Date, I would just use their names when converting.

FLip/Fusedocing seems to be forcing me to look at this project as a clean slate and approach it very methodically.

Just my $0.02.
