Could you put it in a hidden field? I'm thinking when you load the
form you pass a username, which is used to query LDAP and get the
information. If you don't pass a username, it uses your own
username by default. The username goes in the main form as a
hidden field.

The username form would simply allow you to call the same
fuseaction with a different username. So if you go to the
form and get this...

  username: lwilliams [Fill In Fields]
  ----
  (hidden field: username=lwilliams)
  name: Loryn Williams
  Location: L'ville
  mailstop: J12-02
  Type of search requested:
  Patent Search:
  Years:
  [Submit] [Accept] [Send to Triage]

... you could enter my username ....

  username: pmcelhaney [Fill In Fields]
  ----
  (hidden field: username=lwilliams)
  name: Loryn Williams
  Location: L'ville
  mailstop: J12-02
  Type of search requested:
  Patent Search:
  Years:
  [Submit] [Accept] [Send to Triage]

... hit [Fill In Fields] and the form would post to the
same fuseaction. You end up with this:

  username: pmcelhaney [Fill In Fields]
  ----
  (hidden field: username=pmcelhaney)
  name: Patrick McElhaney
  Location: Charlotte
  mailstop: Q15-01
  Type of search requested:
  Patent Search:
  Years:
  [Submit] [Accept] [Send to Triage]
