Yep, that works.
I've written a noddy CMS that does this sort of stuff in preview mode - you
enter the content in a textarea, click "preview", and that saves the
contents of the textarea to a temp file, calls an fuseaction that includes
the file, then deletes the temp file.
And as well as saving the contents in the temp file it also creates a form
with a hidden field with the contents and a couple of buttons - save and
re-edit....
Works a treat but does get a little confusing, and debugging was tricky
since it kept deleting itself.
