Actually, some users report issues in the bugs or features request tracker whereas the issue filed is not a bug but a configuration mistake, a request for help about using Fusionforge, a error specific to fusionforge.org website ...

It's rather confusing for other people and leads to misundertanding. Some users may think that a feature is broken.
Here are some examples :
