This just started happening to me as well about a couple of weeks ago! Even, when I'm not even using the font helvetica. And I have noticed even more problems after I upload the collect files to a PrintOne store. It says that all of my fonts have loaded fine, but when I go to purchase the product as a user and get a pdf preview of my fonts, the only font that shows is helvetica. I have addressed this problem with printable support, but still (after three days) have not heard of a solution. If anyone can help, I really appreciate it. Thanks so much.
