I am running an HP 5500 and when I compose and try to rip an HP PPML file
I receive the error "missing image.pst30.dos external file is missing." I
did some troubleshooting on my own and all fonts are loaded on the press.
My pst30.dos file is located in an external folder called "graphics."
(This is what the FP manual said to do). Than I tried both methods of
dragging these files to my jobs:press/images folder and than to
jobs:4colors/images folder. I still received the same errors at the press.
Does anyone know what step I am missing in either composing the document
and/or ripping the document? THANKS!
