I hope this will help you. I have found that from FusionPro, I must create a PostScript file (with all of the embedded Digimaster PostScript commands) and use the Digimaster Print File Downloader. Before opening the file downloader, you'll need to create a PostScript file with the following command in it:
%KDKOutputMedia: stacker (p.s. look through postscript files that you have created to gain insight to the KDK command set. These can be very helpful) Now, in the Downloader app... on the File Handling tab, there is a section on the middle right of the page labeled "Modify Print File" - Click the middle icon labeled "Custom Options Only". You'll notice that some of your icons on the left side of the icons have grayed out. Click the icon labeled "Custom Options" and click the custom command file checkbox and browse to the Postscript file you created earlier.
