Hello. We built our own self registration form, as the one provided by the Printables Catalog login is good, but incomplete. We have a client with approx 3000 users, so we would prefer that they self register. We will be creating the Groups (apprx. 150), and each new user must select the group that they belong to when Self Registering. Please visit this form at http://www.blitzprint.com/colt/form.php. There is only 2 groups listed (Group ID) at this time, and each field is assigned the correct variable according to the PDF instructions. The data is sent and tagged via URL to http://www2.printable.com/ccs_signup.asp?CCID=662034, but will give us an error code at the Coltv6 page. Error ID: 219735
