Hello, everyone

With the official launch of the FusionPro Web forum, Printable now has
two customer forums available. For FusionPro Web users looking to join
the FusionPro Web forum, please see email that Joe Fedor posted to this
forum (the FusionPro VDP forum) yesterday about how to join.

We know that many FusionPro Web customers have been members of the
FusionPro VDP forum for quite awhile now and occasionally have asked
questions about the FusionPro Web product. The entire team here at
Printable has monitored and participated in the FusionPro VDP forum (as
have customers using all of our products) so we've been happy to assist
FP Web customers with their questions related to our Web to Print
product.

With the launch of the FusionPro Web forum, FusionPro Web users now have
a dedicated space to ask Web to Print specific questions and have those
questions monitored by specialists in our Web to Print solution. Due to
the tight integration we have across all of our products, I know that it
can be difficult to draw the line between VDP and Web to Print topics in
many cases. In an effort to assist our users in choosing which forum to
post to, here's a rough guide that hopefully will assist you:

---------------------------------------------------------
Post to the FusionPro VDP forum when:
---------------------------------------------------------
- You have a question or issue that is solely in the FusionPro Desktop
Acrobat plug-in. You are not attempting to upload and configure the
template in the FusionPro Web product.
- You have a question specifically about the FusionPro Direct or Server
products.
- You have a question relating to any of our 9 optimized VDP output
formats coming out of the Desktop, Server, or Direct products.

---------------------------------------------------------
Post to the FusionPro Web forum when:
---------------------------------------------------------
- You have any question related to the configuration of items in the
FusionPro Web Manager
- You have questions relating to any area in the FusionPro Web Dashboard
(including the VDP output formats being generated from the Dashboard),
FusionPro Web Corporate Store, FusionPro Web Retail Store, or any other
area in our hosted Web to Print solution.
- "It works fine in FusionPro Desktop but I can't get it to work
properly in the FusionPro Web Manager or the Corporate or Retail Store"
scenarios.

Thanks in advance to the entire community for your past and future
participation in the Printable online user communities! It's your
dedication and participation to the community that really makes it an
invaluable asset to users at any level. With the new FP Web user forum,
we're confident that we will see the same great participation and
peer-support for our FP Web customers as we've seen for the thousands of
FusionPro VDP users every day.

Thanks again everyone!
