Into a desired text block. Yes, it goes "in-line" with the balance of
variables inside same text block. And yes, you can add as many rules
as desired into the same text block.
Simply insert the rule, which should now be at the bottom of your
Variable List inside the Text Editor. Something like:
<salut> <first> <mi> <last><suffix_rule>
