You should be able to use either font for the barcode. However, you will need to make changes in the way you call the function to encode the barcode if you use the USPS4CB font provided from by the USPS because, as you observed, instead of '2','1','3', and '0' they use 'D','A','T' and 'F', respectively.

 newzip = new OneCodeBarcode();
  newzip.CharMap = "DATF";
  return newzip.Encode("01234567094987654321","01234567891");

The CharMap maps the bars for the font.

I suggest testing the fonts in the text editor before applying the fonts to the encoded string. If for some reason the fonts do not show as bars still, try reloading fonts (using Reload Fonts from FusionPro) and restarting.
