Assuming your first phone number field is "Number1", you could use something like this.

if (Field("Number1") == "")

   return "";

else

   return "Ph: " + Field("Number1");
Or this.

if (Field("Number1").length)

   return "Ph: " + Field("Number1");
else

   return "";
If no data is entered by the user in the Number1 field or nothing chosen in a pull down menu attached to that field, the line will be empty. Turn on Suppression in FusionPro for that line or group of lines and the line(s) below will move up.
