The "Restore deleted frame" feature was superseded by the Undo/Redo
functionality in FusionPro 4.0. You can click the "Undo" button on the
FusionPro toolbar in Acrobat to restore a deleted frame, or to undo just
about any change to a frame's position or content. You can undo or redo
multiple actions. (Note that this is separate from Acrobat's built-in
Undo and Redo menu items.)

Also, you can import a page from another PDF document using Acrobat
(Document -> Insert Pages from the menu in Acrobat 7).

My best advice, though, is to back up your work often, in any
application.

Dan
