Try using the tab "UI Rules" tab in the Printone Manager to accomplish this. First you will have to set the variable text fields to be drop down menus (This is probably a better method anyways because most javascript rules are case sensitive so if your typed in value uses an extra capital letter or space the javascript will not see it as part of the rule.) Then you can go to the tab "UI Rules", select "Filter DropDown Value on DropDown Selection", and hit the "+Add Rule Instance". This will take you to another menu where you can set up rules that say when a certain drop down value is used return a certain image. You might have to unhide the image temporarily in order to select the images and then hide them again after your rules are working. And if you use this feature you will not need a javascript rule you will only need a variable image field and the variable text fields. I found this to work in the past. Hope it helps!
