You can go into your registry under the key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Printable\FusionPro\Settings" and change the value of the "MakeERRLog" string to "No" and FusionPro will stop generating those .err files. Someone from here (Printable) probably had you enable that setting to diagnose some kind of problem, and it was never turned off.
