I'm having a color issue with my jobs I compose for our Indigo 3050. I think it is the color settings on the indigo RIP that are changing it but HP tech support says it's fusionpro that is changing the color. Anyway, here's what is happening:

If I compose my job to PDF, I can drop it in the 4colors hotfolder on the press and it comes out with the correct colors and everything is fine. If I compose to JLYT and drop it in the "lan" hotfolder, it composes the file fine but the color is different (adds a lot of magenta).

There are options that we can change for the 4colors hotfolder, such as screen, color tables, and some other stuff. We have it set a certain way. I'm thinking whatever settings the lan folder is using is set differently from our 4colors setting. HP told me to change the "personalization" RIP, but that did not affect the JLYT outputs. Still comes out too magenta.

Anyone else have experience with this sort of thing?

Thanks,
Kevin
