Is this really the text of a talk by Prof. Angell, or is this a parody
of his typical pronouncements? If it's really him, I wonder whether his
intent is to be an agent provocateur, to goad the public into a response,
demanding regulation, by his blunt overstatements. If so, I'm afraid
I've badly misjudged his intent in the past.
