I thought anyone can be classified as social darwinists, if they think some sort of "survival of the fittest" applies to human society, or if they in fact describe human society as not distinguishable from that of "herd animals". In order to even understand the subject matter, one would have to be able to differentiate between "social Darwinism" (politics) and "biological Darwinism" (science).
